# AI visibility: who does what

## What this is about

When someone asks an AI system for providers in a field, an answer appears with names in it. Anyone missing from that answer does not exist for the reader, however good their website is. The field for this is called Generative Engine Optimization, GEO for short.

This page sorts the kinds of providers that exist and says where artheris sits among them. It compares no prices and rates no one.

## What we say about other providers, and what we do not

This page names no companies, neither as an example nor as a quotation. It describes kinds of providers, not individual companies.

We say nothing about the prices, scope of services or quality of other providers, because we have not examined them. Describing a kind is not rating it.

## Three kinds of providers

- Platform for large organisations: Software that measures continuously and proposes tasks, built for marketing departments with their own processes.
- Agency with GEO among its services: An agency offering search engine optimisation that has added GEO as a service.
- Measurement with evidence, changes for approval: This is where we sit. The free basic check asks AI models from OpenAI and Perplexity with web search. In customer projects, artheris repeatedly puts a fixed set of questions to AI models from OpenAI with web search and counts only what a web search actually triggered. From the finding comes a verifiable proposed change, presented as a draft and published only after a human approves it.

## What you can hold us to

Every number in a finding can be traced back to the answer it came from. Where a number rests on an assumption, that is stated beside it.

No proposal goes live without approval. What should change arrives as a draft, not as a finished edit to your website.

Repeated measurement instead of a snapshot: only the trend shows whether a change worked or whether the model simply decided differently.
